I will say that the people that work at your bank have always been nice helpful as they can. It does not matter, even they cannot deal with bank of Americas bureaucracy! 1) You have been over billing my account for years. I have to call and get jerked around for an hour to get refunded. Online office ste, $15 x 2 2) Last year I had a refund to an old card number from Lowes. It took me 4 months to prove my old card number. I had to freaken file with the OCC, FTC and other government agencies to get my money. I had to get a case number from the office of the CEO of boa. 3) Your online banking never works and when I call for help I get jerked around to different numbers and them have to listen to a freaken fool reading from tech notes to try and help! 8*&P$^P$. Your stupid security questions do not match peoples lives. Also you are always advertising some crap for me to buy from you on your stupid site. 4) Last month I called about an improper charge to my card. They sent me a form to fill out. When I faxed the form, I called to see if they got it. After transferred around for an hour to six people, I learned that they gave me the wrong form with the wrong place! 5) I have called Kath""" with the office of the CEO. 6 times 800 445 4542 and have not had a return phone call 6) I Have printed 100 T-shirts with your name and noted the quality of your service and will be handing them out at trade shows. 7) I will spend my life and my money to let everybody know about what you do to people.
